RN - Home Health

The Home Health Nurse works collaboratively with other team members under the direction of the Nurse Supervisor to provide direct nursing care to assigned clients in their residences, using the nursing process of assessment, planning and implementation of care.  Instructs and educates patients and family members.  Schedule is part-time, generally 32 hours per week, including rotating coverage of on-call, weekends and holidays.   Eligible for benefits.  Requirements include current Montana RN license (BSN preferred); 2 years of RN experience, preferably in home health or hospice nursing; valid driver’s license, auto insurance & reliable transportation.
